Our story
SurgeryHQ began inside a Greater Manchester PCN that was trying to track 11 surgeries' worth of compliance in a single shared spreadsheet. After one near-miss before a CQC inspection, we set out to build the platform we wished we'd had.
Today we work with practice owners, federations and PCNs across the UK to take governance off the back foot — and turn assurance into something quietly continuous.
